  • Additional Driver Anyone who is permitted to drive your vehicle (other other than you) that includes close friends and family members. They can be added to your insurance.
  • Adjustor Oft referred to as an “advisor”, they are a dedicated professional that is assigned. They possess the expertise and know-how to gather information regarding your vehicle, coordinate an appraisal, determine the value in dollars of your car or settle on the basis of the assessment or loss.
  • At-Fault Based on the circumstances of the incident, you could be found to be between 0% to 100% at fault for an accident. Anybody who is found to be 1% or more accountable for an accident is at fault and will be recorded on their insurance records. The way the amount of the fault is determined can differ from claim-to-claim. Certain provinces have guidelines on determining fault.   • Direct Compensation – Insurance: Insurance provides you with compensation for your car and its contents in the event that you are at fault. You can collect the money directly from your insurance company.
  • Coverage – Family Protection: This feature extends your coverage to not only include you, but your family members, up to the limit of your liability insurance. This type of protection may help if you’re in an accident with someone else who has the minimum liability insurance. Family protection is standard on car insurance policies across Canada, except in Quebec in which it’s not a viable option.
  • Coverage – Grand Touring Solution: This is a feature we provide as an option insurance option to drivers in Canada or in the US that provides coverage if you find yourself in an accident, if your car has been stolen or vandalized, in the event that a natural catastrophe damages your car, and more. You can also get coverage for damage to rented and borrowed cars. Additionally, you’ll receive reimbursement for any urgent road service you might require.
  • Coverage – Limited Glass Coverage: The coverage on your car’s glass and windshield, regardless of whether you have full coverage. You can still opt for limited glass coverage to provide some coverage in the event that your windshield is damaged by vandalism, theft, or vandalism.
